Terms of business

  1. Payment. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
  2. Late payment. We may charge interest and fixed compensation on late payments, as allowed under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  3. Quality. All survey data is quality-checked before it is issued.
  4. Full terms. Full terms of business, including liability, are provided with every quotation.
  5. Records. We keep survey data and project records for seven years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
  6. Insurance. We hold Public Liability and Employers’ Liability insurance. Details are available on request.
  7. These terms apply to every quotation and survey unless we agree otherwise in writing.
